Copilandia GRATIS (Kahn, Gookin, Guzman, Gil) 2005 Guadlquivir River,Sevilla, Spain
As members of the artists collective GRATIS (with Federico Guzman, Victoria Gil, Kirby Gookin), we organized the production ofa copyright-free island, stationed on a boat in the Guadalquivir River. Equipped with art materials, copiers of all media, computers and sound systems as well as more than 350 projects by international artist projects, Copilandia was designed to multiply, disseminate and celebrate art that explores the free exchange of communication “between cultures.”
